ClickUp is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join their Professional Services team in the Philippines. The Implementation Specialist will collaborate with Strategic Services Consultants to execute strategic projects and initiatives for ClickUp customers. They will also manage a small book of business, focusing on implementations and strategic delivery. This role involves assisting in the creation, configuration, and optimization of customer's ClickUp Workspaces.

The responsibilities for the role involves:

  • Collaborating with Strategic Services Consultants on projects.
  • Managing a small portfolio of customer implementations.
  • Assisting in the configuration and optimization of ClickUp Workspaces.
  • Participating in customer calls and documenting meetings.
  • Creating roadmaps for continuous value delivery.
  • Providing support for customer inquiries.
  • Conducting Remote training sessions.

The requirements for Implementation Specialist are:

  • 3+ years of experience as a consultant.
  • Experience in configuring, implementing, and customizing SaaS platforms.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work effectively with global customers across different time zones.
  • Strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines.
