Product Specialist, Professional Services

Job Description

ClickUp is seeking a Product Specialist to join their Professional Services team. The Product Specialist will work with the global consulting team under the direction of a Strategic Services Consultant to execute strategic initiatives and implement solutions for customers, enabling them to maximize their ClickUp investment. The role involves managing a small book of business, guiding projects, and enhancing the customer's ClickUp experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Strategic Services Consultants on projects.
• Managing a small book of business with focus on implementations.
• Assisting in the creation, configuration, and optimization of customer's ClickUp workspace.
• Participating in customer calls and documenting meetings.
• Creating roadmaps to ensure continuous value delivery to customers.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Providing initial support for customer inquiries.
• Acting as product expert and maintaining a strong understanding of the platform.
• Conducting remote training sessions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years prior experience in a consulting role.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in configuring SaaS platforms.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work effectively with global customers across different time zones.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
