Job Description
ClickUp is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a technical partner to the Sales and Success organizations, bringing in new customers, expanding existing accounts, and accelerating revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and skilled presenter with the technical skills to solve client challenges.
The Role Involves:
  • Delivering technical presentations to prospective and current clients.
  • Resolving technical issues and facilitating data migrations.
  • Implementing custom solutions using automations.
  • Designing, developing, and deploying customer-specific proof of concept (PoC) projects.
  • Building custom reports and dynamic dashboards.
  • Assisting with the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
  • Staying current on new feature releases.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology.
  • 2+ years demonstrable success working with Enterprise clients is preferred.
  • Understanding of application deployment processes.
  • Strong customer-facing skills.
  • Creative problem solver with an eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms, web services, and APIs.
