ClickUp is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team and serve as a technical partner to the Sales and Success organizations. This role will focus on bringing in new customers, expanding existing accounts, and accelerating revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a skilled presenter, and possess technical aptitude to resolve client challenges.

The Senior Solutions Engineer at ClickUp will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with sales and success teams to deliver technical presentations.
  • Resolving technical issues and facilitating data migrations.
  • Implementing custom solutions using automations.
  • Designing, developing, deploying, and managing customer-specific Proof of Concept (PoC) projects.
  • Building custom reports and dynamic dashboards.
  • Assisting with the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
  • Staying current on new feature releases and maintaining updated demo spaces.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Enterprise clients.
  • Understanding of application deployment processes.
  • Strong customer-facing skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms, web services, and APIs.
