ClickUp is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join their team. This role involves close collaboration with backend and Integrations teams to develop features. The engineer will be responsible for the quality of their code, working with QA to ensure thorough testing. ClickUp, headquartered in San Diego, is a rapidly growing SaaS company aiming to reshape the future of work.

The Role Involves:
  • Building features in Angular 2+ in collaboration with designers, engineers, and product managers.
  • Architecting efficient and reusable front-end code to enhance the ClickUp user experience.
  • Managing individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues.
  • Building and maintaining unit and integration tests.
  • Fixing bugs rapidly and developing robust solutions to complex problems.
  • Following established practices for maintaining state within ClickUp.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks (Angular 2+ required).
  • Experience with Redux style state management (Ngrx).
  • Proficiency in Typescript and RxJs.
  • HTML/CSS experience, including layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
  • Strong self-starter with an operational focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring teammates on technical skills.
