Job Description
ClickUp is seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist to design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and other systems. The Workday Integrations Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful implementation and maintenance of integrations. This role involves working with HR and cross-functional teams to build integration solutions and data accuracy processes using Workday Studio and Core Connectors.
The company is ClickUp, a productivity platform. While the expertise of the employee in this role will be used by ClickUp, Deel will serve as the Employer of Record.
The Role Involves:
- Designing, developing, and implementing Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and other Workday tools.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to understand integration requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Performing unit and system testing of integrations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to integrations, providing timely support and resolution.
- Maintaining documentation of integration processes, configurations, and workflows.
- Monitoring and optimizing integration performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Staying up-to-date with Workday updates and enhancements, evaluating their impact on existing integrations.
- Providing training and support to end-users and other stakeholders on integration processes and best practices.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a Workday Integrations Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll modules.
- Proficiency in Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Experience with XML, XSLT, REST, and SOAP web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
