Contractor Operations Lead

ClickUp is seeking a Contractor Operations Lead to stabilize and optimize contractor operations within the People Team. This role will initially focus on streamlining contractor processes and will later maintain these operations while also overseeing the onboarding process for both full-time and contractor employees.

The Contractor Operations Lead will act as the main point of contact for contractor operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main contact for contractor operations
• Design and implement a consistent and efficient contractor procurement process
• Evaluate and improve the current contractor hiring workflow
• Work with hiring managers to assess contractor needs
• Manage the contractor orientation process
• Continuously assess and refine the contractor onboarding experience
• Ensure all contractor-related hiring documents are accurately completed and stored
• Provide hiring managers with the tools and guidance needed to manage contractor hiring
• Establish and promote best practices for contractor management
• Develop and implement a performance review system for contractors
• Design and execute a structured contractor offboarding process
• Review and approve contractor-related expenses

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations or a related field
• Proficiency with HRIS tools, such as Workday
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in designing and optimizing operational workflows is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
