Job Description
ClickUp is seeking a Lead Product Designer (Growth) to enhance user experience and drive business outcomes. The Lead Product Designer will own growth design across ClickUp's in-app product experience. They will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with growth product managers to own growth design end-to-end.
- Designing and executing experiments to test hypotheses and optimize features.
- Driving product-led growth by creating designs that encourage user engagement.
- Pushing the quality of craft and design practices to high standards.
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of experience in Growth Product Design.
- 2+ years of experience in digital product design in a software company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in data-driven, customer-centric UX.
- Ability to work with a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
