Senior Product Designer

Job Description

ClickUp, a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in San Diego, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance its productivity platform. The Senior Product Designer will play a crucial role in designing interfaces and innovative features for ClickUp users.

Role involves:

• Designing and improving key features of the ClickUp platform.
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other designers.
• Participating in user research and usability testing.
• Contributing to the evolution of ClickUp's design system and product strategy.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience shipping production-grade software, ideally in the productivity or project management space.
• Strong portfolio showcasing contributions to successful product designs.
• Expertise in UX/UI design with a focus on creating intuitive interfaces.
• Proficiency in tackling complex interaction design challenges.
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas through visual designs and interactive prototypes (Figma).
• Experience with design systems and familiarity with technical tools (e.g., Git, VS Code).
• Excellent visual, UI, and interaction design skills.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
