Job Description

ClickUp is seeking a skilled GTM Data Analyst to join its Data team within the Growth organization. In this role, the individual will create visualizations, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights into business operations and growth initiatives. ClickUp empowers the person to arm stakeholders with the data analysis and reporting which are needed to make important investment and growth decisions.

The person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making with data-driven analyses. This role involves creating compelling visualizations and maintaining dashboards using SQL queries. A Data Analyst should extract meaningful insights to improve understanding of customer behavior and trends. The person hired on this position will be a part of an India based analytics team.

Role involves:

  • Collaborating with Sales, Customer Experience, & Data teams
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards using SQL
  • Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Defining and reporting on key metrics
  • Translating quantitative analyses into digestible reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in a technical field
  • 3-6 years of experience as a Data Analyst (or similar profession)
  • Exceptional experience in SQL
  • Proficiency in Tableau software (or similar BI tool)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
