ClickUp, a rapidly growing SaaS company, is seeking an Account Executive to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. This role focuses on acquiring new SMB (25-100) accounts within the EMEA region and expanding relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, experience in SaaS sales (ideally productivity solutions), and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing new business leads for SMB accounts in EMEA.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets by converting leads into paid customers.
  • Mastering the ClickUp product and answering customer inquiries.
  • Conducting customer presentations and demos via online web conferencing.
  • Collaborating with Growth and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Identifying customer segments and new opportunities.

The requirements are:
  • 1-2+ years of relevant sales experience, including new prospect conversion and existing customer growth.
  • 1-2+ years of SaaS sales cycle experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Process-driven with diligent attention to detail.
  • Experience with completing and leading Requests for Information or Requests for Quotes.
