ClickUp, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking a Manager for Commercial Sales (EMEA) to be based in their Dublin office in Ireland. The Manager will work directly with sales leadership to evolve the sales system. The ideal candidate will be a player-coach who can help triple ClickUp's revenue in 2025.
The role involves:
- Managing a pod of at least 5 account executives
- Coaching, training, and supporting reps in closing deals and driving revenue growth
- Serving as a player-coach on calls to train new reps and help established reps constantly improve
- Motivating all team members to exceed customer expectations
- Constructing a high-energy environment where reps are developed to their fullest potential
- Prioritizing customer experience and adherence to sales policies
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS
- 1+ years of sales management experience
- Understanding of selling into Commercial segments
- Experience in managing and scaling sales teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
