ClickUp is seeking a Manager, Commercial Sales (EMEA) to join their team. This role will work directly with sales leadership to evolve the sales system and help triple revenue in 2025. The Manager will also collaborate with senior leaders across Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product.
The role involves:
Managing a pod of at least 5 account executives
Coaching, training, and supporting reps in closing deals and driving revenue growth
Serving as a player-coach on calls to train new reps and help established reps constantly improve
Motivating all team members to go above and beyond for customers
Constructing a fun, high-energy environment
Prioritizing customer experience
Monitoring adherence to sales policies and practices
Requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS
2+ years of sales management experience
Strong understanding of selling into Commercial segments
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Experience in managing and scaling sales teams
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Strong leadership skills
