ClickUp is seeking a Regional Director, Commercial Sales in the APAC region. The Regional Director will oversee sales processes and performance, analyze sales metrics, and implement strategies for growth. The role involves ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The Role Involves:
- Managing a pod of Account Executives, providing coaching and training.
- Scaling sales strategy for the APAC region.
- Creating a positive and high-energy work environment.
- Prioritizing customer experience and monitoring sales policies.
- Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
- Developing and implementing training programs.
- Collaborating with marketing on lead generation.
- Analyzing sales data and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS.
- 2+ years of sales management experience.
- Strong understanding of selling into SMB and Commercial segments (25-2000 FTE company size).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
