ClickUp is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to join their Global GTM Enablement team. This role will focus on developing and delivering coaching and enablement programs for salespeople across the entire sales journey. The ideal candidate will elevate sales performance using ClickUp's sales methodology.

The Senior GTM Enablement Manager will be responsible for improving sales effectiveness, productivity, and overall sales results. This is a highly collaborative role, working with key stakeholders in Sales, GTM, and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and deploying sales enablement programs
  • Integrating GTM readiness into sales training
  • Managing key stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Measuring and analyzing program effectiveness
  • Delivering training programs
  • Partnering cross-functionally with PMM, Marketing, and Product
  • Collaborating with Enablement colleagues
  • Conducting field reviews and providing targeted coaching
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, and/or enablement as a sales coach
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully executing sales enablement programs
  • Ability to train seasoned salespeople
  • Experience developing enablement programs for multiple personas
  • Understanding of coaching best practices
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with CRM platforms and reports (i.e. Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
