Senior GTM Enablement Manager

Job Description

ClickUp, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to join its Global GTM Enablement team. The role focuses on developing and delivering coaching and enablement programs for salespeople across the entire sales journey, elevating sales performance through sales methodology and operating framework.

The ideal candidate will be based in Dublin or London, possess a strong sales background with experience in coaching and training sellers, and have sales enablement experience. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders in Sales, GTM, and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-impact enablement programs to improve sales capability.
• Integrate GTM readiness into core sales training programs.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs.
• Deliver training in person or virtually to a global audience.
• Partner cross-functionally with PMM, Marketing, and Product to align on priorities.
• Collaborate with Enablement colleagues to enhance enablement approach and impact.
• Conduct field reviews and provide targeted coaching.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in sales or enablement.
• Track record of successfully executing sales enablement programs.
• Ability to train seasoned salespeople with credibility.
• Understanding of coaching best practices.
• Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
