Snackpass is seeking a Field Account Executive (Mandarin) to drive growth by building relationships with restaurants. As a rapidly growing marketplace, Snackpass aims to unify the physical and digital world for local commerce, offering mobile order pickup and social commerce solutions.

The role involves being on the front lines of sales efforts, meeting prospective customers, identifying their needs, and conducting live demos to showcase the value of Snackpass's solutions. This position requires someone who is fluent in Mandarin and has a proven ability to build relationships and close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and identify new restaurant opportunities.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and live demos.
  • Develop tailored solutions for prospective customers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle.
  • Serve as the face of Snackpass.
  • Share feedback to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Strong work ethic and track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience conducting live demos.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing a pipeline.
  • Tech-savvy and interest in restaurant technology.
