Superviseur Terrain (h/f) - Échirolles at TIER Mobility

TIER Mobility, now merged with Dott, seeks a Terrain Supervisor to ensure operational excellence in Grenoble. The Terrain Supervisor will work closely with the City Manager and will be responsible for operational excellence in the city. The role involves managing a team, ensuring safety, and improving processes.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the field team and fostering team cohesion.
• Creating team schedules and anticipating staffing needs.
• Supporting team leaders in their daily tasks.
• Promoting safety and continuous improvement.
• Communicating objectives and operational information to the teams.
• Maintaining the fleet of electric vans and cargo bikes.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring the integration and training of new employees.
• Conducting monthly meetings with team leaders.
• Implementing disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
• Daily follow-up of missing vehicles.
• Spending time in the field and operations.
• Proposing improvements to processes.
• Reporting field accidents and leading accident analysis.
• Providing daily and weekly activity reports.
• Participating in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:

• > 4 years of experience
• Budget management skills
• IT proficiency and data analysis skills
• Teamwork, listening, and communication skills
• Team management and performance management skills
• Fluency in French and English
