ShipMonk is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Cheb, Czech Republic. ShipMonk is the world's largest 3PL for high-growth e-commerce and DTC brands. The company's mission is to help small and medium-sized e-commerce businesses scale by offering technology-driven fulfillment solutions. This role involves preparing, stocking, and packing goods, as well as handling specific orders with precision. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a forklift.ShipMonk continues to grow and expand in Europe. The role involves:
- Preparing orders from start to finish
- Using a forklift for stocking and retrieving goods
- Sorting and packing packages using ShipMonk's application and system
- Ensuring the accuracy of orders during stocking and dispatch
- Meeting and exceeding daily work plans
- Team player with a focus on achieving results
- Experience in logistics or warehouse environment with forklift operation
- Familiarity with computer-based warehouse systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Availability to start in November/December
- Willingness to learn and improve processes
- Basic English communication skills
