ShipMonk is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its location in Cheb, Czech Republic. The company is the world's largest 3PL for high-growth e-commerce and DTC brands, offering technology-driven fulfillment solutions. This role involves preparing, stocking, and packaging goods, as well as processing specific orders with precision.In this role, the associate will receive comprehensive training and a tour of the warehouse during the selection process. Their responsibilities will include full order preparation from start to finish, encompassing goods preparation, stocking, picking, sorting, and packing using ShipMonk's proprietary application and system. They will also be responsible for ensuring order accuracy during stocking and dispensing, adhering to daily plans for achieving and exceeding goals. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.ShipMonk requires candidates to be team players with experience in logistics or warehousing. They should be proficient in using warehouse management systems on computers, capable of lifting heavier weights, and available to start in October. Basic English communication skills are also necessary. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to improving processes alongside the team.ShipMonk offers paid overtime, 25 days of vacation, and other benefits. There are currently no night or weekend shifts, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There is a real chance for professional progress. Starting day is October.
