Interactive Brokers is seeking a Bilingual Investment Services Representative to join their team in Vancouver, BC. The representative will be responsible for resolving routine and complex client service issues, utilizing sound judgment and emphasizing courtesy. Role Responsibilities:
- Problem management for wide-scale service issues
- Assistance with trading platform operation and features
- Analysis and testing of existing systems and procedures
- Margin calculations, commission structure, interest and fee analysis
- Collaboration with other local and international teams
- A bachelor's or advanced degree
- Minimum two years experience at a global financial institution (new graduates considered)
- Working knowledge of exchange operations, regulations, product offerings, execution platforms and rules, and margin methodologies
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Strong product knowledge – Equities, Options, Futures, Options on Future, FX, and Fixed income
- Self-starter with a highly analytical and critical-thinking mindset
- Ability to handle stress and work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
