Operations & Maintenance and Repair Associate (they/she/he) Copenhagen Region at TIER Mobility

TIER-Dott, a leading shared micro-mobility provider, is seeking an Operations & Maintenance and Repair Associate for their Copenhagen operations. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the vehicle fleet.

The role involves:

• Executing daily warehouse operations in Copenhagen.
• Triaging and diagnosing issues with vehicles.
• Repairing vehicles efficiently to maximize operational availability.
• Maintaining warehouse organization.
• Assisting with inventory management.
• Driving a van to maintain the fleet.
• Collecting, redistributing, and swapping vehicle batteries.
• Documenting damage and repairs, and performing minor repairs on-site.
• Collaborating with colleagues and the Operations Manager to improve processes.

Requirements:

• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and apps.
• Experience repairing automobiles, bicycles, e-bikes, or e-scooters is desirable.
• Flexibility to handle tasks inside and outside the warehouse.
• English skills are mandatory.
• Ability to work conscientiously and safely.
• Flexibility to work on a shift schedule.
• A valid driver’s license (type B) is required.
• Prior experience in delivery, warehousing, logistics, or repair is valuable.
• Prior experience in maintenance and repair is valuable.
