Street Mechanic (all genders) in Berlin at TIER Mobility

TIER Mobility, now merged with Dott, is looking for a Street Mechanic in Berlin to maintain their fleet of e-scooters and e-bikes. The role involves a hybrid Mechanic & Driver position for someone to help cities reduce their dependence on cars. The company is the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries.

Responsibilities:

• Bringing damaged and lost scooters back to the warehouse.
• Repairing and maintaining e-scooters/e-bikes to ensure they are roadworthy.
• Carrying out regular safety tests on scooters.
• Changing batteries of e-vehicles.
• Ensuring vehicles are always in the right place at the right time.
• Maintaining organisation and order in the workshop.

Requirements:

• First professional experience as a two-wheeler or car mechanic or career changer with technical skills.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
• Careful and independent work ethic.
• Valid class B driving license and work permit for Germany.
