The role involves working within a small, highly productive team, where code is integral to the company's business. HRT utilizes C++ for latency-sensitive tasks and Python for various other functions, offering the engineer the opportunity to work in a cutting-edge distributed compute environment. Responsibilities:

• Developing software impacting every department at HRT.
• Improving job orchestration and scheduling.
• Building Python tooling and environments for developers.
• Deploying, automating, and monitoring systems for trade management.
• Building systems for hardware verification and tooling.
• Writing software for data ETL pipelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related.
