Interactive Brokers is seeking a Brokerage Operations Analyst to join their team in Greenwich, CT. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.The Brokerage Operations Analyst will be responsible for operational tasks, project management, enhancing existing processes, and optimizing new processes. The role involves creating custom solutions for institutional and enterprise clients, liaising with stakeholders, providing research support, owning and managing processes, and implementing operational tasks.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, project management, or a related field, along with 1+ years of financial industry experience. They should possess a strong understanding of financial markets and trading, computer proficiency, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
