Job Description
Hudson River Trading is seeking an experienced C++ Developer to join their ETF team in New York. This role involves designing, building, and improving automated ETF trading systems, working closely with the Algo Development team.Role involves:- Designing and developing ETF trading systems
- Collaborating with quantitative researchers and traders
- Improving existing trading platforms
- Working on a greenfield area of live trading platform
- Experience building ETF trading technology (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Strong C++ experience
- Python experience (preferred)
- Superior design, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of UNIX operating systems (Linux)
- Understanding of system/processor performance and network communication
