Hudson River Trading is seeking an Experienced Low Level Software Engineer with strong C++ skills to join their team in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative, performance-driven environment, contributing to the design, improvement, and maintenance of technology that powers worldwide trading.

The role involves working alongside a range of developers across the firm, building and maintaining a world-class research environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coding, solving complex problems, and thriving in a fast-paced, real-time environment. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Superior design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced C++ experience is required, daily use preferred.
• Knowledge of UNIX operating systems (we use Linux), system/processor performance, and network communication.
