Interactive Brokers is seeking a Change Analyst to join their team in Dublin. This role is within Interactive Brokers Ireland Limited (IBIE), part of the globally recognized Interactive Brokers Group (IBKR). The Change Analyst will report to the Head of New Accounts Projects and will play a key role in change management, providing business and technical support for various projects. The successful candidate will work with the Global New Accounts and Compliance teams to improve processes and systems.Role Involves:
- Independently managing projects from ideation to completion.
- Building relationships with operational departments.
- Conducting technical and numerical analysis of existing systems and processes.
- Formulating proposals to improve processes and systems.
- Liaising with programming teams.
- Executing tests and providing test support for system changes.
- Providing pre- and post-implementation support to operational teams.
- Triaging system bugs and coordinating resolutions.
- University degree in engineering, computing, or a related field is desirable.
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong technology experience with relational databases (SQL).
- Knowledge of process flow diagrams and business process modeling.
- Experience in regulatory, business, and market risk analysis is a plus.
- Financial Services/ Brokerage or similar experience is a plus.
- Opportunity to take ownership of key functions/products.
