Krafton is seeking an M&A Specialist Lead to join the Chairman's Office, New Frontier Team. The team focuses on identifying potential investment and acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, and driving investments and acquisitions as part of the company's strategy and business diversification.

The role involves:

  • Conducting research on relevant fields to identify potential investment/acquisition targets or new business opportunities.
  • Establishing precise investment/acquisition theses and persuading internal/external stakeholders.
  • Leading investment/acquisition projects and related new business ventures.
  • Reviewing various growth and social contribution opportunities from internal and external sources.
  • Performing projects related to the Chairman's main tasks and other assigned duties.
  • Managing the team as a team leader.
  • Overseeing PMI and the management of acquired companies post-acquisition.

Krafton requires candidates to have:

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following fields: Corporate Development, Corporate Planning, Corporate Strategy, Private Equity, M&A, Investment Appraisal (Venture Capital), or Start-up.
  • Business-fluent English proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey feedback to relevant departments.
  • No restrictions on international travel.
