KRAFTON is seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager for Project ARC, a top-view tactical PvP shooting game within the PUBG Studio. This individual will play a crucial role in building and nurturing the game's community, fostering engagement, and gathering valuable user feedback.

Responsibilities:
  • Operating and managing official community channels (Discord, Steam Hub, X(Twitter), Reddit, etc.)
  • Creating new channels and managing existing ones based on community needs
  • Communicating with users within the community (answering user questions and issuing announcements)
  • Executing actions within the community (events, content creation, etc.) and deriving improvement plans
  • Collecting user trends within the community

Requirements:
  • Experience in leading and managing community channels where game users participate
  • High understanding of gamer community ecosystems such as Discord, Steam Hub, X(Twitter), and Reddit
  • English proficiency (verbal, written) to communicate smoothly with global users and collaboration departments
  • User-friendly mindset and smooth communication skills
