Krafton is seeking a PUBG Seongsu Brand Partnership Manager for a contract position in Seoul. The PUBG Seongsu project focuses on brand marketing activities utilizing the PUBG IP in an offline space located in Seongsu-dong.

The role involves creating collaboration opportunities with institutions, organizations, and brands, and implementing innovative branding strategies to positively impact the local community. The goal is to strengthen the PUBG IP brand value and contribute to sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the overall operation of offline events held at PUBG Seongsu, including facility management, event operation, and safety management.
  • Identifying new partnership opportunities through B2B communication to maximize brand marketing effectiveness and create business synergy.
  • Strategically utilizing assets to attract sponsored brands and select operating partners to reduce costs and strengthen partnerships.

Krafton is looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar partnership and brand marketing roles.
  • Experience collaborating with various domestic and international brands (games, music, fashion, lifestyle) and government organizations.
  • Ability to propose creative solutions and communicate effectively to realize them.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • No restrictions on overseas travel.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Deep understanding and experience playing Battlegrounds, battle royale, and FPS games.
  • Continuous interest and passion for marketing activities of various brands and a desire to lead industry trends.
  • Flexibility to adjust to weekday afternoon and weekend work schedules.
