Job Description
A gastroenterology physician position is available at Southeast Texas Gastroenterology (STG) - Beaumont, a part of GI Alliance (GIA). This role offers an opportunity to join a successful group and provide individualized patient care within a dynamic private practice setting. The position involves a mix of bread and butter cases, ERCP procedures (with training available), and hospital call.
The physician will be joining an established group of 6 partners. GI Alliance supports Southeast Texas Gastroenterology (STG) by providing business and organizational support
The role involves:
- Performing a range of gastroenterology procedures.
- Managing bread and butter cases with high scope volumes.
- Participating in ERCP procedures (training available for those not experienced).
- Handling hospital call.
Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Comfortable with bread and butter cases and ERCP procedures
The role offers:
- Initial $600k protected salary, eligible for partnership in year 3 with earning potential up to $1M
- Equity that will vest over 3 years in the amount of $375k
- Generous call pay
- Built-in referral base (3k in untouched referrals)
- A location in southeast Texas, near Houston, with a low cost of living.
