Krafton is seeking a Lead of Publishing Management to join their team in Seoul. The Publishing Management organization, under the Chief Global Publishing Officer (CGPO), supports the achievement of global publishing business strategies and execution plans. Krafton is dedicated to identifying and publishing games worldwide that offer a uniquely enjoyable experience.

The role involves:

  • Planning and executing financial plans aligned with the publishing group's mid- to long-term goals.
  • Leading key process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the group.
  • Supporting management decision-making through feasibility reviews and risk analysis based on quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Leading clear communication with relevant departments in written and verbal form.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy/business/management planning at a large or global company.
  • Goal-oriented with strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in high-level data analysis, business planning, and reporting (PPT, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience in agile and professional team leadership.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse departments and internal/external partners.
  • High understanding of the game business, platforms, and trends.
