Krafton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for a Global Publishing Strategic Initiatives role. The position is based in Seoul. This role involves working within the Chief Global Publishing Officer (CGPO) division, focusing on key strategic projects within the global publishing group. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in leading all aspects of project strategy development and execution.

Role Involves:

  • Leading CGPO's strategic initiatives and reporting to CGPO
  • Spearheading assigned projects from end to end
  • Potentially leading new divisions after successful incubation of projects
  • Developing and executing global game promotion and communication strategies
  • Establishing global publishing branding strategies
  • Implementing global merchandising strategies
  • Creating strategies for entering emerging markets
  • Forecasting game sales
  • Developing global publishing organizational structure strategies

Requirements:

  • Understanding of and interest in global games, the industry, and culture
  • Expertise in strategy: experience in domestic/international strategic consulting, strategic planning in large corporations, or strategy-related work in global companies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills: ability to plan the entire process of a project and generate results even without prior experience, possessing problem-solving skills and drive
  • No restrictions on overseas travel
