Krafton is seeking a highly motivated Pricing & Monetization Strategist to join their team. This role is within the CGPO (Chief Global Publishing Officer) division, focusing on optimizing revenue models for published games and establishing data-driven pricing strategies.
The Pricing & Monetization Strategy team is responsible for optimizing revenue models and establishing optimal pricing policies through data-driven analysis.
Role Involves:
- Supporting the establishment of game pricing policies and strategies
- Analyzing game business direction and user behavior data to identify optimal pricing policies
- Conducting market research and competitor benchmarking to analyze pricing policy trends
- Analyzing pricing models for in-game items and content to identify effective optimization methods
- Deriving revenue models through price elasticity and sensitivity analysis
- Developing sales forecasting models and conducting profit and loss analysis simulations
- Collaborating with various departments, including publishing business and development studios, to collect data necessary for pricing policies
- Creating materials to support management decision-making
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Pricing, revenue modeling, or product strategy within the game, e-commerce, or digital content industries (5년 – 10년)
- Core Gamer: Deep understanding of game, industry and gamer culture
- Data-driven problem-solving ability: Able to collect and analyze necessary data to derive data-driven insights and present problem-solving methods based on logical analysis
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability: Ability to define problems through strategic and creative thinking and solve them considering all-round situations
- Experience in Pricing and revenue modeling in the global game market (preferred)
- Proficiency in specialized data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, etc.) (preferred)
- Business-level English proficiency (preferred)
