KRAFTON, a global publisher recognized for its unique and creative games, is seeking a highly motivated Global Live Service Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing issues that occur in live services, establishing collaborative processes to improve work efficiency, and planning/executing action plans to provide better services to users.
The Global Live Service Operator will collaborate with a passionate and driven team to enhance the gaming experience for players worldwide. They will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and engaging community environment for KRAFTON's games.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to global live service issues
- Establishing strategies and policies for dealing with malicious users
- Establishing service policies and reviewing risks for game content and live services
- Establishing and improving global work processes
- Planning and utilizing service infrastructure tools
- Managing and operating official community channels (Discord, Steam page)
Requirements:
- Experience in all cycles from game launch/live service/termination
- Ability to communicate proactively to solve problems
- Ability to analyze indicators and data necessary for performing operational tasks
- Experience in using service infrastructure tools, planning and improving service infrastructure tools
- Fluency in English
- Experience in leading and managing community channels
- No restrictions on overseas travel
