Krafton is seeking a skilled Applied Research Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning to join its Deep Learning Division. This role is based in Seoul and requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

The Role Involves:

  • Collaborating with game developers to build RL-based agents.
  • Developing RL-based game features and content.
  • Developing and advising on AI technologies for game creation.
  • Integrating the latest RL research into projects.
  • Collaborating with product teams, marketing, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or AI (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Reinforcement Learning (RL).
  • Experience with RL projects.
  • Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
  • English proficiency.
