Krafton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Applied Research Scientist/Engineer to join their Deep Learning division in Seoul. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of AI solutions for various problems in the gaming industry, with a focus on leveraging Language Models (LMs) as Agents.

Krafton is dedicated to identifying and publishing games worldwide that offer a uniquely enjoyable experience. They continuously push the boundaries of gaming enjoyment by embracing new challenges and technologies.

Role involves:

  • Solving problems in areas like Action Planning, Chatbots, and Translation using LMs.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends in the gaming industry.
  • Developing tools/plugins for Agent implementation.
  • Conducting research in areas such as AI Agents, Small Language Models, Multilingual models, Knowledge Distillation, and Fast Decoding.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding and experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT.
  • Proficiency in English reading for AI technology comprehension.
  • Experience developing NLP/chatbot-related tools/plugins using C++, C#, Python, etc. (Engineer).
  • Master's degree or equivalent research experience in ML-related field (Researcher).
  • No restrictions on international travel.
