Krafton is seeking a DL Strategy & Operations Associate to join their Deep Learning Division in Seoul. The role involves strategic planning, project management, and resource optimization within the AI domain, contributing to Krafton's vision of innovating game development through AI technology. Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement short, medium, and long-term strategies based on the Deep Learning Division's vision and mission.
• Plan and manage AI projects through internal and external communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Systematically support the division's R&D environment by establishing and managing resource efficiency standards.

Requirements:

• Experience participating in or leading AI, gaming, or IT-related industry projects.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead research and derive insights.
• Excellent communication skills and maturity to effectively communicate with management and relevant departments.
• Business-level English proficiency (ability to write reports and communicate with international team members).
• High proficiency in document creation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Proactive and collaborative team player.
• No restrictions on international travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in related industries.
• Experience in external collaboration, such as building global partnerships, academic-industry cooperation, and conference presentations.
• Familiarity with new technology trends and a culture of active learning and sharing.
