Krafton is seeking a highly motivated Junior/Senior Research Scientist to join its Deep Learning Division in Seoul. This role involves contributing to cutting-edge research and development in AI, with a focus on applying deep learning techniques to enhance game production and create innovative user experiences. The Research Scientist will collaborate with a diverse team to develop AI solutions, conduct research in areas such as Language Models, Voice Synthesis, Vision & Animation, and Reinforcement Learning, and integrate these technologies into real game development environments.

Role Involves:

• Conducting applied research to explore and improve the performance of deep learning models.
• Developing AI models and designing learning pipelines for game products.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest deep learning research papers and implementing them.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in a deep learning-related field, or equivalent research experience.
• Experience writing papers for top-tier AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML) or journals.
• Ability to lead research and quickly understand and implement deep learning papers with mathematical intuition.
• Experience developing or working on projects related to state-of-the-art deep learning models such as Transformer and Diffusion.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new domains.
• Strong communication skills.
• No restrictions on international travel.
