[Deep Learning Div.] Technical Project Manager (3년 이상) at KRAFTON

Krafton is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their Deep Learning Division in Seoul. The company is dedicated to creating unique and enjoyable gaming experiences, and the Deep Learning division is focused on providing AI solutions and developing proprietary deep learning technologies to enhance game production and create Computer Player Characters (CPCs).

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, deliverables, and communication throughout the solution development and operation lifecycle. They will also coordinate requirements with stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and facilitate meetings.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing project schedules and deliverables
• Coordinating with stakeholders and customers
• Facilitating meetings and documenting progress
• Preparing project documentation and reports
• Managing VoC processes for solution updates

Krafton requires:

• 3+ years of experience managing AI-based projects
• Basic understanding of machine learning and deep learning technologies
• Experience collaborating with diverse technical teams
• Ability to learn and explain new technologies
• Experience identifying and mitigating project risks
• Problem-solving skills and stress resilience
• Commitment to quality assurance
• Fluency in Korean and English
• Ability to travel internationally
