Krafton is seeking a Studio Supporter to join their Production Management Office. This role involves coordinating between Krafton HQ and its global production studios, ensuring alignment and providing support based on studio needs. The Studio Supporter will also offer independent opinions to guide studio and project direction.
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing independent opinions on studio/project matters.
- Offering game expertise and input on new projects to management.
- Coordinating communication between HQ and development studios.
- Understanding studio production direction and aligning with HQ departments.
- Supporting Champion's decision-making by understanding studio and Krafton HQ activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of game development experience, including PD, CD, TD, or PM roles.
- Understanding of the overall game industry lifecycle.
- No restrictions on overseas travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mobile game launch experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
