KRAFTON is seeking a skilled and experienced Game Production Management PM to join their PUBG IP Franchise team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in game production management and a strong understanding of the game development lifecycle. The PUBG IP Franchise organization is responsible for the strategy, production, and service of various games utilizing the PUBG IP. They are currently working on new projects across PC, Console, and Mobile platforms to ensure the PUBG IP remains beloved by players worldwide.
Role involves:
- Managing the production of new PUBG IP-based PC/Console/Mobile games.
- Building and managing collaborative relationships with external/overseas partners.
- Overseeing production management for internal development projects.
- Discussing and making decisions on production direction with leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of game production management experience and capabilities.
- High understanding of game production cycles and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.
- Business English proficiency.
- Avid gamer.
