Interactive Brokers is seeking a Client Services Representative to join their team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial services background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology. The Client Service Representative will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, assisting with account opening and funding, and providing support on the Trader Workstation.

This role involves:
- Responding to retail and professional clients' inquiries via inbound calls, email, and online chat
- Obtaining a thorough knowledge of products offered by IB on various global exchanges
- Assisting clients with opening and funding accounts
- Showing clients how to use different features of the Trader Workstation
- Explaining margin requirements to clients
- Investigating trade issues and order executions
- Understanding securities regulations impact on customers
Requirements:
- 2 years in trading or brokerage services
- University degree (Bachelors) required
- NCFM/NISM certifications in capital markets, derivatives and currency derivatives
- High level of MS Excel skills required
- Fluent English
- Good quantitative/analytical skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
