Senior Customer Architect

Elastic is seeking a Senior Customer Architect to drive the consumption of their Elastic solutions. The Customer Architect will serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and expansion within the Elastic portfolio.

This role involves defining and communicating technical success criteria, crafting Technical Success Plans, and providing technical guidance to facilitate smooth adoption and increased consumption of Elastic solutions. The goal is to ensure customers derive significant value, eliminate technical frictions, and grow annual recurring revenue (ARR) for Elastic.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the account team to provide ongoing technical coverage and support.
• Define the technical success plan for each customer.
• Ensure a successful technical customer journey, from onboarding to adoption.
• Understand and articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions.
• Work closely with customers to identify and eliminate technical frictions.
• Liaise between customers and support.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to deliver personalized solutions.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business needs.
• Identify opportunities for expansion.
• Foster ongoing customer relationships.
• Continuously review and assess customer consumption of Elastic solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field highly preferred.
• Validated experience in a similar role.
• Experienced with one or more Elastic solutions or the Elastic stack.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• An Australian Security Clearance, or ability to obtain one.
• Strong social skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience working within the Australian Public Sector.
