Job Description
Elastic is seeking a Regional Services Partner (RSP) to accelerate customer value through expert professional services and enablement. The RSP will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, field teams, and Customer Success Group (CSG) leadership. They will partner with Sales, Account, and Delivery Teams to develop outcome-oriented services offerings. The RSP will craft strategies, generate proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction with Elastic Services. This role offers career progression toward a Regional Services Leader/Director position.
- Driving discovery, ideation, delivery, and next steps with the account team and the customer.
- Developing and delivering Statements of Work aligned to customer value and key outcomes.
- Owning the Services bid & negotiation process, including Account Executives.
- Building relationships with customers by tailoring appropriate services strategies.
- Establishing a trusted advisor relationship with assigned customers.
- Driving continuous positioning of the right Services which amplify the value of Elastic products.
- Providing leadership and governance over a portfolio of engagements within the region.
- Supporting success plans with a Services Point of View.
- Remaining up-to-date on Elastic solutions and products.
Requirements: - 8-12 years of relevant professional services or pre-sales experience
- Experience working directly with customers to gather, prioritize, plan and execute solutions.
- Proficiency in the technology domain of search, analytics, or related technologies
- Experience of owning complex negotiations.
- Track record of contributing to the growth of a services business.
- Fluency in French & English is essential.
