Elastic is seeking a Dedicated Support Engineer to provide technical support for its German market. The ideal candidate will ensure technical customer issues are resolved within SLA, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to the improvement of support processes.

What the role involves:

  • Ensuring timely resolution of technical customer issues within Germany.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Improving support processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Working across multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Support in a Software business.
  • Technical background in IT, Network Engineering, or Software Engineering.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and fluency in German.
  • Customer-oriented focus.
  • Knowledge of databases or search software technologies.
  • Experience with SaaS and/or Distributed systems.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix and APIs.
  • Experience administering/troubleshooting Elastic products.
