Elastic, The Search AI company is seeking a Partner Director to develop and manage Elastic's business with strategic partners in Japan. This role focuses on building a strong partner ecosystem to drive the adoption of Search AI among enterprise and public sector clients.
The Partner Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business plans with focus partners, driving GTM strategies, investments, and new market offerings.
What this role involves: - Growing trust and influence with senior leadership of our strategic partners.
- Working with internal and external field sales teams to take joint sales plays.
- Craft and promote mutually-beneficial business models, solution offerings and messaging.
- Execute, manage and deliver Japan pipeline and revenue growth cadence.
- Implementing plans and execution in the Japan region
- Drive execution in concert with the local ecosystem resources
- Ensure partners’ stakeholders understand Elastic’s value proposition
Requirements: - 8+ years in Partner Sales or Partner Management roles.
- Extensive external industry network with 10+ years of SaaS based solutions and/or open source technologies.
- Executive presence including executive selling, communication and business development skills.
- Proven performance, personally leading to measurable revenue results through strategic partnerships.
- Analytical, organizational, and project management skills
