EMEA Partner Development Manager (AWS)

Job Description

Elastic is seeking an EMEA Partner Development Manager (AWS) to drive growth and optimize the company's co-sell motion with AWS in the EMEA region. This role involves working closely with the Global AWS Alliance team and EMEA leadership team, reporting to the EMEA Head of Channels. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for the AWS & Elastic relationship.

What the role involves:

• Advocating for the AWS & Elastic relationship internally and externally.
• Supporting and driving co-sell engagement with the sales leadership team.
• Driving in-country activities across the partner team.
• Building, executing, and monitoring QBRs in cooperation with AWS.
• Identifying and resolving enablement gaps across the field organization.
• Scaling rapidly using experience, creativity, and ambition.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of AWS processes and programs.
• Ability to get multiple people from various teams on board to support projects.
• Experience integrating Elastic GTM into AWS GTM.
• Experience across sales, marketing, and channel, preferably with management experience.
• Ability to work with internal and external executives.
• Data-driven approach to understanding the business and supporting decision-making.
• Strong network across AWS.
• Willingness to travel and experience in EMEA markets.
