Elastic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to expand its presence within Enterprise customer accounts in Italy. The Enterprise Account Executive will drive the adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions, positioning themselves as a trusted advisor to customers. They will identify new business opportunities and develop a comprehensive business plan to drive growth within their territory. This person will work closely with Elastic business functions to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Role involves:
  • Driving adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions.
  • Deepening engagement with existing Strategic accounts.
  • Assisting customers in harnessing the full power of Elastic's search analytics.
  • Identifying and developing new use cases for Elastic's solutions.
  • Collaborating with various Elastic business functions.
  • Navigating complex sales cycles.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales.
  • In-depth understanding of Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud solutions.
  • Ability to build relationships with developers and executives.
  • Sales forecasting skills using SFDC.
  • Enthusiasm for the Open Source model.
  • Prior experience selling into Enterprise accounts.
