This person will work closely with Elastic business functions to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Role involves: - Driving adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions.
- Deepening engagement with existing Strategic accounts.
- Assisting customers in harnessing the full power of Elastic's search analytics.
- Identifying and developing new use cases for Elastic's solutions.
- Collaborating with various Elastic business functions.
- Navigating complex sales cycles.
Requirements: - Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales.
- In-depth understanding of Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud solutions.
- Ability to build relationships with developers and executives.
- Sales forecasting skills using SFDC.
- Enthusiasm for the Open Source model.
- Prior experience selling into Enterprise accounts.
